📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7–14 business days (Monday–Thursday).
We do not process or ship orders on:

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during sales or seasonal launches), please allow a few extra days for processing. If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll notify you via email.
During scheduled summer travel dates, fulfillment times may be extended. Estimated shipping windows are listed on the website announcement bar and at checkout.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged:

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order:

We will initiate a claim and work with the carrier

Please allow up to 21 days for investigation

Replacement or refund will be processed after claim resolution

Note: Local law enforcement may be involved for stolen packages
🛑 Incorrect Addresses & Refused Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an invalid address is entered, we will try to contact you. If unresolved, your order will be canceled and refunded.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Passion Moon Potions is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.
