We currently offer:

• One-time purchases on all items in our shop.

• Subscriptions for select products — coming soon! Enjoy your faves on repeat, delivered monthly or quarterly with a special discount.

❌ Order Cancellation

Change of heart? No problem!
We accept cancellations within 1 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. After that, orders are usually already in motion — but reach out and we’ll do our best to help!

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

💌 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade and skincare-related, we're unable to accept returns on used items. That said, your happiness matters to us — if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something feels off, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
