We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help—with a few simple guidelines.

💫 Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You'll need proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email).

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or custom items

  • Intimate, sanitary, or hazardous materials

💌 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at passionmoonpotions@gmail.com with your order details.

  2. We'll confirm return eligibility and send instructions.

  3. If accepted, send your item to:

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You'll get an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the item is returned damaged or used, we may issue a partial refund or deny the refund.

⏳ Late or Missing Refund?

If it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t seen the refund:

  1. Double check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time to post.

  3. Still stuck? Email us at passionmoonpotions@gmail.com and we’ll help.

💝 Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return.

If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

🔁 Exchanges

We’re happy to replace any item that arrives damaged or defective. Email us with a photo and your order number, and we’ll take care of it.

📦 Return Shipping

  • You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or adding shipping insurance, especially for items over $75—we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
